INSTRUCTIONS FOR ORAL PRESENTATIONS  

Equipment and Materials  

• The rooms where oral paper presentations will take place are equipped with a beamer and a computer.  

• Please arrive in your scheduled room (see program) at least 15 minutes before the session begins.  

• Please bring a memory stick containing your presentation. There will be someone available to help upload your presentation to the computer.  

 Presentation time  

• Oral sessions are arranged in parallel sessions lasting 60 minutes. The total length of each session includes the Session Chair's introductions, presentations, Q&A discussions, and transitions between speakers.  

• You have 15 minutes allocated time for your presentation. This means 10 minutes for your presentation and 5 minutes for Q&A.  

• The Session Chair will monitor and manage time during your presentation.  

• Pay attention to signals from the Session Chair while speaking.  

• Be mindful of the allocated time for your presentation and adjust accordingly.
