INSTRUCTIONS FOR POSTER PRESENTATIONS
Poster Printing and Format
Please print and bring your own poster to the conference.
The required poster size and format is A0 in portrait orientation (84.1 x 118.9 cm)
Ensure that your paper title is clearly visible on the poster.
Poster Mounting and Duration
Posters can be mounted upon your arrival., Please indicate at the registration desk that you are a poster presenter, and you will receive further instructions to mount your poster.
We will provide Velcro's to mount your poster on the poster boards.
The posters are displayed throughout the duration of the conference.
There are two poster sessions (one on each day). During the poster sessions, all conference participants will have the chance to walk by the posters and have in-depth discussions with poster presenters. Though, as a poster presenter you only must be present at the indicated poster session.
Preceding the poster session, you have the opportunity to pitch your poster to all conference participants in a plenary session. Therefore, you need to send us by e-mail (cblconference@tue.nl) your poster as a PDF. The deadline is Wednesday 2 April 2025, 23:59h (CET). You have 90 seconds to pitch your poster
Criteria for Best Poster Award
There will be an award for best poster by public vote. All conference participants can vote on their preferred poster by considering the following criteria:
Content and Scientific Merit: The research or practice presented in the poster is scientifically sound and well supported by relevant evidence and/or data
Outcomes and Conclusions: The outcomes, conclusions presented in the poster are clear and concise
Impact and Contribution to CBL field: This poster makes a theoretical or educational contribution to the CBL field
Visual design and layout: The visual design is appealing, and the layout is logically structured
Presentation and engagement: The poster engages the audience
