Conference souvenirs

The International CBL Conference 2025 will not provide any souvenirs. We have made this decision to express our commitment to strong sustainability principles. By abstaining from distributing unnecessary items we aim at reducing the amount of waste generated by the event, minimizing our carbon footprint and conserving valuable resources. 

We hope to convey the message that the conference's value lies in the knowledge, connections, exchanges and networking that we are privileged to foster, rather than in material possessions.

Food & Beverages

The caterer chosen for the International CBL Conference 2025 spearheads are sustainability and vitality. During the International CBL Conference the offer is 100% vegetarian. All F&B is served in reusable tableware and cutlery. 

Should there be food remaining after all participants have eaten, the excess will be distributed to students and next to that they work together with TooGoodToGo.

Travelling

The organization of the conference kindly requests that when travelling to and from TU/e you will be opting for the more sustainable options, such as public transport, biking, and walking.
